If anybody is looking for something to get me for Christmas, a nice A4 picture frame would be great, or a couple of picture hooks, so I can frame my certificate and hang it on the wall to stare at just before I close my eyes to meditate. On that basis my advice to anybody who has this course recommended to them is to just sign up and do it and you’ll work out how to find the time you need later on.
